Andrey Baturkin

Born on October 12, 1971 in Moscow.

1993 — graduated from Moscow State University of Economics and Statistics, majoring in “Economics and Statistics”.

1997–1999 — worked in the Administration of Moscow Region.

1999–2004 — worked in the Executive Office of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2004–2010 — Deputy Executive Director, Vice-President of the Russian Association of Motor Insurers.

2010–2011 — Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Aleksei Kudrin.

2011–2016 — Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov.

2016–2019 — Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service.

On September 25, 2019 on the proposal of the President of Russia, he was appointed to the position of Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation by the Federation Council.
