Tatiana Blinova

Born on February 24, 1966 in Moscow.

1989 — graduated from Moscow Aviation Institute named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze. In 1993 — Institute of Industrial Property and Innovations.  In 1997 — Academy of Labor and Social Relations.  In 2003 — Moscow Academy of Economics and Law.

1988–1992 — worked in the Moscow Scientific–Research Radio Engineering Institute in engineering positions.

1993–2001 — worked in various positions in the Committee of Labour and Employment of the Moscow Government, Prefecture of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation.

2004–2008 — Head of the Department of the Federal Service for Labour and Employment of Russia.

2008–2012 — Director of the Department in the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of the Russian Federation. 

2012 (July–September) — Director of the Employment Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

2012–2015 — Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

On May 20, 2015, on the proposal of the President of Russia, she was appointed to the position of Auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation by the Federation Council.
