The Department ensures the introduction of modern approaches to personnel management in the Accounts Chamber to create a highly qualified team. The Department implements one of the provisions of the Accounts Chamber Strategy that defines the Agency as a responsible employer. The Department is responsible for recruitment, adaptation of new employees, training for young professionals, training and development of personnel, performance management, development of internal communications and corporate culture.
The Department is responsible for efficient staff rotation within the organization and searching for best specialists in the labor market to fill available vacancies. For new employees, a modern system of adaptation and mentoring has been developed to rapidly ensure higher efficiency of their work.
The Accounts Chamber actively cooperates with higher educational institutions to attract young professionals. Partner universities include Ranepa under the President of the Russian Federation, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, MGIMO University, Kutafin Moscow State Law University, RSUH, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and others. Students from partner universities can become interns in departments of the Accounts Chamber, and we invite the best graduates to become part of our team.
The key area of work with personnel is the development of personal and professional competencies of employees. Based on the developed competence model, which takes into account the strategic priorities of the organization, the Accounts Chamber regularly assesses the strengths of employees and areas for their development, and it also develops individual development plans. Based on the results of the competency assessment and needs analysis, an annual training and development plan for employees of the Accounts Chamber is prepared. After that, the Department compiles lists of educational events, organizes and administers training sessions.
The Department also independently develops and conducts training programs aimed at the development of soft skills, and it also develops programs and training for employees by relevant departments and internal experts of the Accounts Chamber.
The tasks of the Department include creating conditions for effective interaction of employees within the organization. We conduct regular opinion polls and study employee satisfaction and engagement levels. The Department conducts team building activities, knowledge exchanges and organizes various thematic communities. Internal communications are ensured by high-quality information space for employees to communicate through various channels, from corporate portal to instant messenger chats.
