Department of Human Capital Development


The Department ensures the implementation of modern approaches to personnel management in the Accounts Chamber to form a highly qualified team. The Department implements one of the provisions of the ACRF Strategy, which defines the agency as a responsible employer. The competence of the Department is the selection of personnel, the adaptation of new employees, work with young specialists, staff training and development, performance management, the development of internal communications and organizational culture.
