Head of the department
The Department is responsible for implementing systems for strategic, process and project management in the Accounts Chamber, as well as improving the methodological base of the institution to optimize its work.
The Department develops and monitors the implementation of the Development strategy and Priority activities of the Accounts Chamber, and it also manages project activities (project control, approval of project passports and project management plans, post-project monitoring, and so on).
The structural unit introduces new approaches to the work of the Accounts Chamber, as well as collects and analyzes employees’ proposals for improving working conditions.
The Department analyzes, creates and corrects internal documents governing the work of the Accounts Chamber and the functions of its departments and divisions. The Department is also responsible for internal control of those documents' execution.
