In 1991 graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
He worked in senior positions in various commercial structures.
In 2000-2004 – Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In 2004-2007 – Assistant to the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In 2007-2011 – Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In 2011-2012 – Assistant to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
In 2012-2017 – Deputy Director of the Kudrin Foundation for the Support of Civil Initiatives.
In 2017-2018 – Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Kudrin Foundation for the Support of Civil Initiatives, Director of the Administrative Department of the Centre for Strategic Research.
