Born on December 30, 1958 in Kaluga.
1982 — graduated from the Kaluga branch of the Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School (nowadays – Kaluga Branch of Bauman Moscow State Technical University).
1976–1978 — service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
1984–1990 — Senior Foreman, Site Supervisor, Deputy Shop Superintendent, Shop Superintendent of the Kaluga Automotive Electrical Equipment Plant.
1990–1993 — Director of the Kaluga Electronic Components Plant “Avtoelektronika”.
1993–2005 — Director General of the Kaluga Electronic Components Plant “Avtoelektronika” JSC.
2004–2013 — Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Kaluga Region of the fourth convocation, Chairman of the Economic Policy Committee of the Legislative Assembly of the Kaluga Region.
